I wish I could snooze skint, I've got way too many kids for that though.

I've been full of energy all week but today I can barely move. Perhaps I should go and shove davina in the dvd, kill or cure eh.

    Hi everyone :hello:

I'm feeling really drained today. I just want to sleep. I think it's my diet, the lack of sugar is really hitting me I think :) The house is full of chocolate too, I've been taking advantage of the co-op £4 tins of sweeties. I must resist and go and chew on a carrot or something.

Toto when I was callorie counting way back when :rotfl: I used to do one of two things when I wanted a sugar rush. Skinny cow ice creams (100cal) or lollipops (50cal depends on what you have). Now I know it wont look great sucking on a lollipop but it saves splashing out 200cal+ on a choco bar

I'm sort of doing low carb weight watchers pap.. my own invention :D so I really can't be having sugar. Ok I did blip yesterday and ate a wispa bar which was lush. That's probably why I feel rubbish today.

Toto I always feel like that at the start of a diet, the only way I've found of dealing with it is cold turkey. Although I've been really bad the last two days, very stressed and a visit from Aunt Flo. I'll be starting being good again on monday (can't see me getting through tomorrow without lucozade).

Hi Linda, I've no idea who that is but you sound happy. Sorry about the text, shows how much notice I take of sporty type stuff!

it's not made me any less tired, I am glad DS is at his dad's being exhausting this weekend though! I will go to the gym later which usually wakes me up but I've still got millions of things that need doing before tomorrow morning and none of them are "eat cashew nuts" which seems to be my current activity:o.

Toto, didn't see your post about the wispa before I posted, I totally agree about that being it. Every time I have a blip I notice how much chocolate makes me ill. I think that's why I put so much weight on, I get into a vicious cycle of have chocolate for an energy hit, which is over really quickly and leaves me with less energy than I had before so I need more, then end up relying on it. So when you just have the odd bar after getting out of that cycle then you notice the big drop in energy when it wears off.

    Hope that made sense!

Oooh, off to meet dad's new gf in quarter of an hour! I suppose I should go get changed. It's annoying, I want to look nice for them but we're going to a gig afterwards so I need to look good for that too. Sister's just going dressed up for the gig, in corset and the lot! A nice, hippyish dress suitable for all (or no!) occasions I think...

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Hello, another one feeling tired and drained...also really hungry. I've eaten a reasonably healthy meal, but just don't feel full. :( Also feel teary and my boobs are sore, so I am obviously a bit of a hormonal mess. Grrrrrr!

    Wonder if wine will help??

Linda, all the best for tomorrow. :j What's your number? Is there any kind of online tracking or will we just have to wait for the results, or for you to post? Have you got anyone's mobile number so you can let us know how you get on? Am I a bit too excited on your behalf?? :rotfl:
