    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Hi all, been at work today :o On my own again :mad: I did clock out early though so wait for the 'we arnt paying you for the 15min extra you clocked out' letter :p I dont truely care anyways :rotfl: Oh and I caught sight of my shadow on they way home from work :D The cube is on early tonight so will have to iplayer Merlin tonight... Now must do a tiny bit of cleaning before that starts :rolleyes:

    Hi everyone :hello:

    I'm feeling really drained today. I just want to sleep. I think it's my diet, the lack of sugar is really hitting me I think :) The house is full of chocolate too, I've been taking advantage of the co-op £4 tins of sweeties. I must resist and go and chew on a carrot or something.
