Thanks Pap and Sammy...I think its because Im feeling ill. I went out for lunch yesterday and was soooo good didn't have dessert and then today have eaten biscuits, flapjack and bread after bread. Have written today off as a bad day and will start afresh tomorrow. I also think my problem is that I weigh myself and this morning I had lost a pound and that suddenly gave me the right to eat *sigh*. So starting tomorrow I will NOT be weighing myself at home, only at sw on a wednesday.

:rotfl:I do that....if I have lost I eat cos I think I have room to cheat and then if I haven't lost I get depressed and eat....:rotfl:stupid....:o

    No i havent hun.

He's been lovely this weekend. He scared me a bit, because he used the puter just after I mentioned it on here, and I had left the screen open. I dont think he read it though :o

I just told him about maybe doing the Liverpool Half,, and he said go for it, even suggested we train together as a family, get fitter and healthier together, so maybe that's a way to stop the ole booze ;)

Never ever ever weigh at home when you are on an 'outside' plan and certainly not every day. You body fluctuates too much from day to day, that one day you may be down 2lbs then the next up a pound. It does nothing for your motivation and if anything it 'allows' you to cheat. I would defiantly write it off ~ line in the sand and all that ~ and start fresh tommorow. Do the 20min wait thing if need be, if you want food then have a glass of water and wait 20min. If you then want food you can have some but only 'on plan'.

The only other thing I do (as pointed out with Sammy) is when you eat write down your thoughts/feeling and how you feel after you have eaten. You may come to realise a pattern. I do something like that now but its a rolling positive thought/goal/negative thought thing. Its great after a week looking back at how your attitude/thoughts pan out over certain days/weeks/outings :D

Anyways good luck with tommorow Sally, let us know how you get on :j

OOh sounds good honey - maybe you won't need to mention it - hope not. XX
