Lol Princess i haven't got a clue about making stuff like that, but someone made me a sparkly gif image once :D

jha - i'm not too bad thanks. I had my first counselling sesh today. It was so emotional getting everything out to someone in RL, i was crying through most of it. Was reassuring to hear that i'm not the cause of ex's issues but i'm going back next week so hopefully it will start feeling like a huge help soon. Confused at the minute, cos i got it all off my chest but didn't find out how to deal with it - i don't know why i expected to cover everything in the first hour lol. So still feeling down and crappy and emotional and lonely, but i keep reminding myself that things can't change overnight. She basically listened to all my story from the past 3 yrs and confirmed my belief that ex is acting like a child and wants mothering etc. No idea how i feel now, relief, confused, still hurt. No idea!!

Oops sorry, i didn't mean to go off on one again :o How are you, are you still feeling low? If i find some motivation i'll send some your way but i'm hopeless at the mo!

weezl - A, definitely. I've recently had to buy a package of undies one size up just b/c some of my knickers used to fit a bit tight (so now they don't fit at all), but by and large I wear the same ones with no difference noticed. Possibly at the very end I'll grab a few ugly granny panties b/c I'll have to worry about pads for waters, etc., but my normal ones are fine for now!

would like to win a holiday, please!!

aww hugs beenie - sessions can leave you feeling a bit drained and confused - especially the first few. I hope they are as helpful to you as they were to me when i had them. I think you could be feeling a bit of alot of emotions, relief, upset, etc which makes it all the more distressing. But it will get better and you have got all of us so your not on your own. I might dissappear from time to time but thats when i am really bad:o i do always keep reading though.

I am ok thanks for asking, I went down very low but have come back now. Just try and remember rather than feeling you are driving a car that is out of control or are drowning / stuck in a well type feelings just focus on the fact that it seems to come and go in waves and youve just got to imagine riding them like a surfer or riding a fairground ride- and it will get better.
