  • Have just been to the toilet and on wiping noticed some light streaks of pale pinkybrown on the paper after. Is this normal or should I worry? I haven't had any pain or discomfort. I'm nearly 8 weeks. Really worried now.

  • Im at work as we speak lol. I hate it here. They are going round asking people to stay late, but i finish at 4:30pm so no way :D

Cant wait to start ML aswell, im taking all my holiday before then so i finish 20 November :D But that still seems forever away.

I just burnt my tongue ona cupa soup :(

I understand about not wanting your dad there straight after the birth. You need time to bond as a family to start with anyway :)

    Have you called your midwife/doctors?

I dont know what to say except for **hugs**

  • I'm not sure what to say Muso, when I was abot 6-7 weeks I had cramping and brown spotting, but I never had pink.

I would say if you were really worried though to ring docs for advise? or ring midwife if you have one?

  • I am sure bean is fine EA :)

Have you rang MW to see when your next appointment is? I would have thought you would have it now?

I am seeing mine again at 25 weeks (with the scan at 20 if they ever give me an appointment lol)

Aless I totally agree with you I wouldnt want someone in the house while I am trying to give birth etc, I am sure you won't have offended him :)

Does anyone know when I should talk to MW about birth? like I am liking the idea of a water birth, but I need to know if the hosp does it etc, am I to soon to be thinking/talking about all that?

I'd agree Muso. Ring your midwife or doctor. I know some people have had similar but I'm not one of them so I can't really offer any constructive advice. It would definitely be best to see someone and put your mind at rest though.

Seem to remember people talking about an Early Pregnancy Unit at their hospital, would you know if you have access to one of these?

Hugs, and hope someone can give you some good news soon

    Hi
Musogirl i had that too at about 8 weeks and went to my gps and everything was fine, she said it was very common but if you would feel better check with your gp's or midwifes, I know how you are feeling now I think it's something to do with implantation bleeding http://www.askbaby.com/implantation-bleeding.htm
Sending hugs but try not to worry xxxx
Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j
