How long is it on offer for? :)

I cant follow the link from work x

I'm not sure- it's a really good price so might not be that long. Best order it as soon as you can, I'd say.

I'm still here  and it's November so a November baby it is then!

I lost so much plug yesterday I cannot believe theres any left but I woke up with my pj bottoms soaked and it's still coming! It definatley isn't discharge as I've already had that a few weeks ago..if anyone remembers I thought my waters were trickling (like Karen just has!) Walking around trick or treating last night was quite sore, could feel babys head on my pelvis and had awful pressure in my bum and I was having the tightenings still. Then I got home and relaxed and they kind of tailked off  I had a few more before bed but didn't wake up with any during the night so obviously not labour. I'm so dissapointed, I'm 4 days late now. Before we went out last night we had a visitor..a midwife! She just wanted to check I was ok??! I think even they are baffled as to why nothings happening yet!

Karen- It would have been cool if we both have had halloween babies! Happy due date!!
love my little man he is amazing :j

Aww Som glad to hear your doggie is doing better. Poor thing!

boogelly - congrats on your last day, yay!!

karen - ooo, hope things are moving along for you hon. Good luck at the hospital. Sending big labour vibes to Helen, too!!

kindof - generally the group of MWs you are assigned will have 1 person on call at all times, I think. So Sundays are fine since obviously babies don't know the difference! I have to say that at the beginning the kicking is real sporadic and that's why they don't even tell you to do kick counts until after like 26 weeks I think...and even then it's only 10 in 12 hours. Even after I started feeling first movements it was still a few weeks before they became remotely regular...and still quite a while before DH could feel them! (can't remember who was asking about this)

Yeah I figured it would be something like that it just got me worried because I have been feeling him loads and I noticed he was quiet for 2 days so that got me worried? (I am 22 weeks tomorrow)

Sorry it wasnt your time yet Karen

Its totally horrible out there today we had to nip to asda bloody horrible it was, but me and OH are loving baking at the minute so we got loads of xooking things in

SJ cooking question, OH got some pink, blue and green food colouring cos he wants coloured cake, how much should we put in? the instructions on it are for icing sugar? well its the cake he wants coloured

    *yawn* Morning ladies :)

I had a lovely lie-in and actually managed some sleep last night! I still woke up every so often but it was nice being able to nod off again. Slightly TMI but me and OH managed to DTD for the first time in a few weeks this morning and now I have mega period type pains, pressure sort of on my bum and tightenings across my bump. Nothing too regular so hoping its not the start of things, hope its just painful braxtons although its been for about 4 hours now

My parents arrive tonight so my plan for the day is tidy the spare room so they can actually get to the bed, it looks like a bombs gone off in there :o

Karen glad you finally got home, it doesnt sound a fun game trying to control bumps heartrate!

Beenie huge hugs to you, the middle of the nights a horrid time for things playing on your mind. We're all here if you want to rant x x

Erm, there was more I wanted to say but minds gone blank. Oh, and its rainy and cold in Manchester too and stupid OH's going to the allotment  Not my idea of fun today but I suppose it means I might get something done here.

Morning all :D T-shirt nappy worked and furr ball didnt get to his wound over night so I actually had a reasonable nights sleep and then a lie in woohoo. Woke up and made nommy sausage sarnies with bbq sauce Mmmm!

Oooh I really want that BT150 monitor, but as I already have an older BT monitor that does all the same stuff plus has a pretty star night light that wouldn't be very MSE now would it! Maybe I should go and see if it still works, I've had it in my bottom drawer about 4 years as I picked it up for such a bargain.

Karen - glad you and lil'un are all ok xx

Beenie - just remember your better off with out him so let his ex have him if she is that daft! You deserver much better.

Weather here is pants too and dog desperatley needs to go out, but he is such a wuss! Also supposed to be going out to book up my pregnancy yoga course thats starts next Sunday.

Morning all. Don't feel as though I have much to say just now. Karen sorry you were stuck in the hospital so long. Hope things start moving for you, and Helen, soon.

Hugs and vibes for anyone else in need. Haven't managed to catch up from last few days so hope I haven't missed too much.
SJ cooking question, OH got some pink, blue and green food colouring cos he wants coloured cake, how much should we put in? the instructions on it are for icing sugar? well its the cake he wants coloured

I would say probably about half a teaspoon or so but would depend how strong you want the colour really. I don't tend to colour cake but add a bit then check what colour the batter is, the baked cake will be a similar colour. Keep adding more til you get the colour you want. Sorry that's not more helpful!

We are going to friend's for dinner - roast pork mmmm - and I've been asked to bring dessert. Going to make sticky toffee pudding but don;t have all the things I need so ned to go to the shop when DH gets back from football, then it'll be a rush to get it done and leave on time but I'm not walking to the shop in this weather!!

Reading this thread really makes me realise I have hardly any hope of baby coming early, has anyone else noticed that most babies seem to go overdue?!

Tipping down with rain here too :-( Never mind, suppose we should expect it, it is November.

I've got a long way to go yet but I have been thinking the exact same thing!

I'm 14 weeks today which i think officially puts me in my 2nd trimester now :) Skin does appear to be clearing up a bit and nausea isn't as bad ....still waiting for the mysterious 'glow' tho lol.

I really want to buy that baby monitor but think it is waaay too early  I'm trying to hold off until I;ve had my 4 point test and 19 weeks scan before I get too carried away.
