I wish I'd not told anyone about me having my show on Monday cos all I get now is everyone asking if anythings started yet! I'm not due for 13 days!!!!!!! I'm glad school breaks up next Friday,I'll have a weeks peace from it then, then if I still haven't started I'll just have mon-fri of it before I'll be off for induction.

    Hello Everyone!

I don't really popst on here to often, it moves too fast for me! I hit 14 weeks today! Can someone please tell me when the sickness stops? It is getting me down a bit, sick every morning as soon a I open my eyes, can't go out anywhere in the morning because of it, hardly eat until after lunch and then by evening I am so hungry I could empty the entire kitchen of food if I wanted!

    Jolene

Yeah I think advice above is good! Try lots of things and see what works best for you. I found I felt sick when I got hungry.

    Hi Ladies :hello:

No I'm not pregnant again :) My little Lily is almost 11 months now, how time goes, eh. I do have some news that I haven't shared with you all though. I started on a Midwifery course in September, so I'm doing it all from the other side now. I'd love to hear your thoughts about how you feel about having the student midwives involved with your care and what you wish they would or wouldn't do. I'm off on my first placement in a couple of weeks and am desperate not to look like a complete numpty.

Personally I wouldnt want a Student MW in with me, nothing against any of you, But I dont like people looking at me (epsecially not when its something like giving birth lol) so I wouldnt want more people there than neccessary (I know I am totally going to have to get over this lol)

EEK SJ thats amazing, I cannot wait for that to happen, Ive no idea how you feel your uterus? where should it be?

I am not scared about a big baby as such, but slightly worried that it will hurt a million times more lol

EEEEEK Madwoman :) labour vibes to you

Gymfiend - I have a Nappy bin which to me looks amazing, you roll the nappy up small, then push it in the bin, twist the top, then close the lid and it turns into a little pellet in the bottom of the bin, its great, so if you imagine when the bin is full it looks like a link of sasuage lol

SJ She must be small cos you werent massive on your pic lol :) post another one then I can judge lol

Aww jenny I will check your pics out when I get home

Hmmms do I need to start buying nappies? I have 2 x 27 size 1's and thats it :( lol

And I found my first stretch mark on the front of my belly under my belly button *pout*

I didnt get antenatal forms? at my 16 week appointment the MW said we would discuss that at the 25 week appointment

I hope all is well Porstmouthali and you merfe

    Welcome Wildfrog :) and congrats

    Labour vibes Cheapskate

3tb - I am nearly crying here at how sweet your DD was, children truly are amazing

Awww SJ thats amazing that you might nto have to work?

Sorry if I missed anything that was the quickest catch up ever while I was on my lunch

Jenny- Its your last day isnt it.. eek how exciting!! Loved your bump pic v similar to mine, mine is bigger but very round also, they said all baby I hope not bump is huge, but I havent put much fat on just swollen fingers and feet...

My boss is taking me to lunch today, I'm going to miss him loads, he isnt in tomorrow think I'll bring cakes in for everyone... 1 week till DD... midwife already booked me in for sweep on the 26th if I havent dropped.

A chap at works daughter had hers this morning 4 days early and her first...

I've had no show or anything apart from the worst back pain ever...

    have a lovely day ladies...

My boss took me and my team out for lunch yesterday and gave me a bottle of bubble bath :) I'm going to miss her as well, she really has been the best boss ever but she will be retiring before I return to work :(

It's a bit sad today, I'm just doing the last of my filing and people keep popping in the office to say goodbye.

I'm booked into the hospital on the 28th, I assume for a sweep but they didn't say.

Helen, I'm sure you don't look that bad! I was a very skinny size 8 before and tended to hide in the background. Pregnancy has really suited me, people keep saying it was about time I put some weight on and I'm hoping I manage to keep some after the birth.

Kindof I just kept prodding ,yself below my belly button to see what I could feel!

The other night (after some naughty time ;)) my whole uterus went rock hard!! Very strange - not sure if it was a first braxton hicks or what - how early do they start? I could feel my uterus pretty much all the way around from top to bottom with my hand - so strange!

I know - so exciting about work, or rather, not working! Just not sure how I'm going to keep motivated while I'm here though, it was hard enough when I thought I'd be coming back for good after!

I'm scared to poke too much lol, I should have a prod though :)

We succesfully did the deed to the end the other night (OH has been having trouble, he gets so far and then he gets images in his head of poor beany being bounced around inside my tummy that it puts him off lmao) and it would have been nice if I couldhave prodded then lol

Ive no idea how you are going to stay motivated lol I would totally love it xx
