Well i had some toast with jam on, i thought that might give me a sugar boost, and a cup of tea. Seems good so far, no signs of it coming back up, although other end feels a bit dodgy :rotfl: (sorry :o)

Laid in bed with the dog watching This Morning, i can't stand Eammon and Ruth, they bug me so much. dog is under the covers, not sure how she can breathe under there it must be roasting, but she's keeping my feet warm!! I had to put the heating on cos the whole house is freeeeeeeeezing.
  • Morning everyone!

Well I'm going to add to the feeling sick group! Thought I'd caught DH's cold on Sunday night, but felt ok on Monday except then the morning sickness started and I felt really tired and achey. Also had the mother of all headaches, DH ended up driving to Tesco's at 2am to get paracetemol! SO I had Mon and Tues off work which isn't so bad cos I only do a few hours work each day and I'm self employed. Picked up on Weds and Thurs although still suffering with the morning sickness but I continued with work. This morning I forced myself to get up and go and do the shopping and proceeded to throw up outside Waitrose - so embarrassing!
So me and the dog have gone back to bed!

PortsmouthAli - I found that last week most of my symptoms went, especially noticable was that my boobs and nipples stopped hurting, however this week the symptoms are back with a vengence!

JHA - Hope you're feeling better and thanks for your reply the other night. Although I'm over weight I'm generally the healthiest I've ever been in terms of excercise, wellbeing and a well rounded diet so hopefully I won't come across too many problems related to my weight

The bear Cotbed is gorgeous! I so want it! Although from the picture it looks quite large and our spare room is seriously tiny, about 11ft by 5ft so if anybody has any suggestions on compact cots/beds to fit that kind of space I'd be very interested!

  • Beenie- Don't you just love having the dog in bed with you?!

DH doesn't like it but I find it so comforting. We've got a big cuddly Labrador who's such a softie!

    What breed have you got?

Also watching This Morning it's just not the same with Eamonn and Ruth!

  • Hi everyone,

Please can I join this thread? me and OH have been trying for 10 months now.
I have just been told I have pcos and they can see an enlarged follicle as at today (I am 5dpo).. I test with cbfm each month and always get a peak.

I was hoping for some advice from any ladies who have pcos and have gone on to have a successful pregnancy? I am worried that is the reason we are not conceiving and was hoping to learn more about what i should be doing to manage it.

    Thanks in advance! xx

muso - awww that's awful you threw up outside the shop, i wretch big time when sick so i would have made a right scene! :rotfl:

I have a 1yo springer spaniel and she's just ridiculously hyperactive all the time, so it's nice when it's just us and she chills out with me, she's such a cutey with her big floppy ears :D

moneyangel - hi :D Of course you're welcome to join us, i don't know about the PCOS thing though, and i can't remember if it's ever been mentioned, but someone somewhere will have experience and reply i think! Some of the Trying to Conceive ladies sometimes read this one, or the Parenting Club members, so hopefully someone will advise.
