  • PP- you did the right thing. It is shocking how some people treat their kiddies. OH and I always say you can see how kids get snatched as you often see them wandering round metres from their parents. Yay for the scan- have you got any feeling whether it's a pink or a blue?

Kindof- I'd say yes, everyone's buying it presents of course! And you'll hopefully know the flavour by then as well so can get loads of cute outfits!

I'm sure they'll have the outfits next year, or you could probably pick them up really cheaply after Christmas on eBay :money:. I'd offer to send you our one but of course your baby will be a bit too big by then!

I was going to have one but couldn't be bothered in the end! I felt a bit awkward asking people to come with the expectation that they would buy gifts, even though I know they'd probably love to!

What made it worse there were loads of people sat in their cars (its raining) that could quite easily see him wondering about with a compass in his mouth, in only a vest and a pair of trousers with a bloody great black eye and they were all just sat there as if nothing was happening

I know nowadays people are wary of approaching a child on its own but they could have at least called the police or something  Instead theres me waddling after him with my 4 year old walking my 3 year old in the pushchair trying to sort it out on my own

Its not the first time i have seen him wondering about on his own but he has never been in a dangerous situation like this before and i have always gone and knocked on the door and told her and she had gone out to get him!

Luckily we dont live on a road but the car park is close by so it wasnt hard for him to end up there

With 5 girls between me and ex OH im still convinced its a girl however at my scan at the hospital they said 60% a boy
60% aint good enough for me though i need to know :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • 60% it's a boy....how bizarre!!! I always thought it was only a maybe if they thought it was a girl. I guess they got a glimpse but not a good look! You must be so excited about tomorrow. I'm sort of regretting not getting a 4D now as I just wanna see my baby again!

Glam, I would LOVE some labour vibes please!!! I need all the help I can get as I really don't think I'll go early. Im debating with myself wether my energy rush will stretch as far as tonight for abit of fun time with hubby (just for his little swimmers lol) or wether I'll just stick an EPO capsule up there instead :rotfl:
I am calming down abit now but I did feel so wierd earlier, really wired, and couldn't sit still for long without thinking of another job I could be doing. I had one flushed cheek I was in so much of a whirlwind state!

Forgot to mention my bargain earlier, was in Tescos looking for a bottle brush and came accross an Avent newborn starter set reduced from £19 to £4.75! It contains 5 Avent bottles, 2 teats, a dummy and a bottle brush so I got one. I wanted the bottle brush anyway and them on their own were around 4quid. I also picked up a couple of value shower curtains for my homebirth stuff.

Hugs for those needing them today xx
love my little man he is amazing :j

Princess, that's just absolutley awful. It's disgusting how some women can easily have children then treat them like !!!!!! wheras others can't when they want them sooo much.
Well done you for taking action, I hope they act on the info you've given them I really really do, but my faith in the child protection system isn't great
