Oooooo thanks for that MERFE. Was your sister induced with the 2nd bub? Think I'd be really shocked to have a smaller one this time, let alone under 9lb - mentally gearing myself up for 11lb tbh.

So you've had sections for both of yours, yes? Is this because of the gestational diabetes do you mind me asking? Please feel free to ignore me if you'd rather not answer. :)

no its fine, I think the 2nd was induced it wasnt quite a week early though more like 5 days or something, they did think it was going to be another big baby although my sis knew she wasnt as big as the first time. The first one she had a long unprogressive labour followed by c-section because baby really was just too big.

I had sections for both of mine, the first time they said she was gonna be at least 10lbs and they didnt want to leave me later than 37 weeks - it was because of the gestational diabetes and also i'm only small and hubby is over 6ft so they were concerned about the size - i was offered induction but I didnt want to risk emergency c-section. The 2nd time round I just went with what i knew which was probably for the best since there was only 15 months between them. This time I would love to try for a natural birth but they dont like me to go to term so it would probably be induced and I wanna get my tubes tied so may as well do it at the same time and keep docs happy.

Just had a bath whilst ds watched show me show me, he is a sleepy boy in the afternoons. I can not believe how huge my boobs look already I think I might need to get measured soon. I feel pregnant but have no symptoms just tiredness and a bit dizzy occassionally. 2 weeks till my booking in appointment it feels like its ages yet. At least it is half term after that so no rushing in the morning to get the kids to school.
