I also love the M&S Wensleydale and Carrot Chutney sandwich. Sounds weird but is lush!
Thanks for the suggestions ladies. Without blowing my own trumpet, I try and cook him a nice meal everyday so not sure he'd realise I'd made an effort! We did the beach last week but it was lovely so that might be an option. I'm wondering about a nice afternoon tea somewhere posh.....
Either that a have you a nice carvery somewhere most men love carverys and saves you having to cook and if it's far out a nice walk after just the two of you, But just dont walk too far. And thanks greggs it is !!!! Hmmm sounds perfect.Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0 -

Well i'm confused now. Just rang docs to see when midwives are in and would they fill in my Surestart grant form if i bring it down cos not seeing anyone for another 4 weeks.
She said to ring the mw's but i only have their mobi numbers and am too scared to ring them about something so unimportant (to them)0 -
I have two that fit really well, and another couple that 'will do'! And they're all underwired!
Lou- love the carvery idea as it's not something we would normally do! Will sound OH out and see what he fancies!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Hi ladies. I keep popping back hoping for news from csh and squishy. Hopefully they will both be cuddling babies by now.
I see you are talking about bras. Can I suggest that you don't go mad at 36 weeks (as I did) and buy a load of nursing bras. Just get a couple and wait until after baby has arrived. 1, cos you might change your mind - I had a close call in the middle of the night in hospital cos of the pain (though I have persevered and it is getting easier) and 2, because I have now far outgrown the ones I bought at 36 weeks and am probably still growing. Poor boobs are humungous and very uncomfortable so tomorrow I have to venture out to get even more. And it's not like they are cheap.
I am loving being at home, and Kezia is an absolute angel. She has only lost 10 grams this week (0.3 of an ounce) which is fantastic. She is feeding really well, even if I do call her my little vampire.
I would also very strongly recommend Lansinoh cream for breast feeders, it is really helping with the painful nipples (and breast pads stop them from sticking to your bra which is pretty gross) and make sure you take it into hospital as they never had any sachets or anything for my friend who forgot hers. It's not cheap but worth every penny.
Vibes to all in need, hopefully will hear from csh and squishy soon. Though they might keep us waiting as long as I did.
