    Hi all :D

Been for Anti D jab (stings a bit!), and found out i'm not being seen again for another 4 weeks. Considering this appt today was 'extra' and not a standard checkup that means 28wk then 34wk  I was expecting one at 32wk not sure why!

But she checked my BP which was 120/60 i'm assuming that's normal. I didn't take a wee sample cos i had no bottle with me and fell asleep this pm when io'd planned to go get one!

Fundal height this week at 29+5 is 30cm, but at 27+5 it was 29cm so looks like bubs decided to slow down on the growth spurt a bit hehe.

Just looking at my notes at what she's wrote and wondered what the following means, i'm sure Weezl knows :p

    Presenting or part lie: Ceph
    Relation to brim: NE
    Heartbeat or activity: FHHR"c sonic
    Fmls: Fm710
    Oedema: Nil

    Thanks in advance ;)

    Hiya,
Ceph means baby is head down position
    NE means not engaged
    FHHR means fetal heart heard

Not sure about the other 2..*think* oedema means swelling?
love my little man he is amazing :j

Beenie, could it be that her writing is a bit unclear- it's most likely to be: FMF-FMF10

which means, fetal movements felt? (By mother) and then they go, 'at least 10 a day?', and you say yes and then they write FMF10. For some reason below 10 is the worry amount of movement.

32B I've just read that less than 1% of women who've had a section go on to have a uterine rupture, and therefore correct management is to be more watchful, but not to offer a second section.

It's really strange that the consultant is going a different way. The only thing I can think of is that it's something to do with your first baby having been in distress when they said we have to get baby out or else.

Will carry on pondering, but I think unless there are other things we don't know about then it would be pretty easy to argue for a VBAC especially as you have had a successful one already! :)

Think I'm in a different camp to most of you! LOL I don't really want to talk about it with my mates or family as it's not exactly the happiest time for me at the moment. Bit hard having to cope being pregnant without an OH yet again. Find myself thinking what on earth have I got myself into again :(

I know how you're feeling :grouphug:

I don't really have many friends to be honest, kinda lost touch with them all when i left our mutual workplace after 7 yrs and devoted myself to OH .

Now he's gone it's soooooo lonely, and my best friend rarely gets in touch and i feel like i don't wanna bore her with it, she's not really 'into' pregnancy' and has never done it herself. Other 'friends' are more like casual acquaintances who i rarely see anymore!

Having said that, the ex has been ringing me and instead of hanging up i've been talking about baby and stuff, it feels a lot less lonely at the time of the chat but at the same time just reminds me of all those feelings  and stuff so makes it worse in the long run. I'm seriously thinking of taking him back  and having counselling at the mo to try and sort my head out so who knows.... In limbo at the mo but i was in this boat 6.5 yrs ago with DS and ended up totally alone, i think i preferred being able to do things my own way and never felt sad about it once he was here.

    Sorry for rant
