  • Thanx 2 all, thread just a friendly as i remember lol!

I did test at 3 days l8 and came out negative. Did 2 tests on Tues (7 days l8) both came positive. Didn't really believe the first 1!! I think its the earlier you are, the more likely of getting a false negative anyway as it can't detect the level of Hcg.

I am also on facebook. I haven't got a farm though, got addicted to the zoo game!! Gettin a bit slow now though.

32b i am having my Anti D jab tomorrow at 30 weeks. But i think some places give you two - one at 28 and one at 32? I'm only having one. Not sure why

Jenny - I'd give thumbs up for either the Techno XLR or Loola, both really practicle PCs.

    ....

Thanks everyone for the advice on the PCs. I hate making decisions and there are so many to make with a LO on the way! OH loves the XLR but I don't because it isn't rear facing without the carry cot which just seems more expense. And the problem with the Loola is the weight and I use public transport loads (plus my local train station doesn't have a lift although I think they are installing one). I wish I could make my own as I know exactly what I want!

Went to antenatal and it was great, we had a lovely physiotherapist who showed us lots of positions for labour, massages, relaxations techniques and exercises for afterwards - she had us trying them all as well which was really helpful. She told OH he had to practice the massage every night so he would get it right on the day lol.
The last bit of info she gave was that women who stay more positive about how they will cope during labour generally do cope better. So positive thinking everyone and labour vibes for Squish and csh.

    Morning girls and bumps :)

Just checking in to see how everyone is - labor vibes for csh and hope everyone is doing well :D

Thinking of going back to bed (just because I can!) Typically not just as tired this morning, so may wait a bit and see if I need a morning nap. Some cheese on toast may help fill the time :p

Feeling very positive - it's so nice knowing that I should be meeting my baby next tuesday at the latest :j Gonna take it easy: if she comes on her own, then great: if not, I'm just getting so excited to get lots of cuddles next week :D

Have a great day all! xx

Jennynoo - have you looked at this one: http://www.babystyle.co.uk/zOyster%2009.htm I've looked at LOADS of pushchairs as the one I had with my first I hated and it was a complete waste of money, ended up buying a Sliver cross stroller at 6 months which I still love but not really suitable for a newborn. I wanted a one with a carrycot, parent facing, light and easy to fold but sturdy and not too wide and this one ticks all the boxes. HTH.

Thanks for all the replies about baby engaging yesterday. Have got out of bed today and straight away I can feel baby has dropped even further down, my bump actually looks like its dropped too. So am now doing a proper waddle walk, we are away this weekend and I'm hoping all the walking might encourage baby back up as I can't have this for the next 8 weeks!

Morning all, would say good morning but it's not:mad:

Can i offer a bit of advice very early for FTM's teach your kids how to cross the road.
Nearly knocked down a girl dropping kids of at school and her reply"but you seen me" yes i did once i had started to turn the corner with a car coming towards me and i had to block the road so it was just as well the other car seen me and her to know i had to stop. Trying to calm down and decide if i should complain to the school or not as this happens all the time on that road, not to me usually but i have seen it loads.

Got results of S/B test this morning, all good low risk:T nothing on my iron levels or other bloods though.

Vibes to the ladies in need.
