I'm 34 and have loads of grey coming through ~ I think it's all the stress of the past year, moving house, having a baby and the wedding on top of that.

Luckily I've got long hair and it's a fair colour on top so it's not noticable unless you look at my roots!

Some strands are half grey and half my normal colour :rotfl::rotfl:

All invites apart from the ones that have to be posted were dropped off today ~ 6 hours it took OH and my Dad to do that!

Will post the others in the morning, then they're all done and dusted!

Need to take daughter shopping for her bridesmaids dress and gets my son's suit while they're off for the summer ~ plus get uniforms for them both.

Hope that money tree starts sprouting soon!

Thanks guys!! It a bit of a joke in my family that I have a picture in the attic of me getting old, because I don't have any grey hairs even though both younger brothers do! :rotfl:I feel much micky taking is going to occur! :o

Franny, you'll have to dye it, then they'll never know! ;)

    How did tonight go Chel???

I got my daughters bridesmaid dress today. It's this one in BHS, which is still selling for £100, but she looked on eBay (I have her well trained lol!) and found it for £44.99 brand new with the tags! We're going to have some straps made for it, maybe diamonte ones as she has an Amanda Wyatt diamonte comb slide for her hair and will be having silver (small!) heels.

gosh - how much have i missed?? its only been a few days! lol

firstly, AF. I have same concern about starting on teh day. on my cerazette, i was starting to bleed erratically so am off it now. looking at planner (although won't know for sure yet) AF is due 31st july which still keeps me ripe for a wedding day af. :( unless i get pregs before hand which would be fine in principle but at 12 weeks, i was quite large last time (actually was 'showing' from 9 weeks with a very obvious belly that the headteacher looked at me and winked before saying congrats.. I was trying to hold off telling people til after scan cos of prev mc!)

I am going to ask for some primulot if they will give it to me or even a different pill i can run on. I was only on cerazette cos of mummy-milk and couldn't be bothered to change it after 14 months. i never had a prob til two months ago when i was bleeding for three weeks and off for one and h2b and i both said we want another so leaving it fate although very little chance of a preg this moth. lol

chel - hope al went well with teh photographer.

frannyann- def dye instead of pulling out. i make that mistake all teh time but recently dye my hair and feel so much better. :)

shellsuit - well done on the bm dress. sounds ace. :)

cara - good luck ttc. I hope you get to stay off the pack after the last one. :) i was in similar boat in that mine finshed 1.5 weeks prior but we soon worked out that mine would come on wedding day whatever way we tried to look at it so i came off early. I am guessing you don't have kids yet? apologies if i am wrong but either wya, its always exciting bringing new life in the world. :)

hunnycat - enjoy the hen night. are you all planned out? i am going up to manchester for mine. got loadws of preggy mates so keeping it fairly low key.. meal in china town and tehn on to a karaoke. mine is 11th september. getting SO excited!!!

    Well, my wedding update..

spoke to mate who is dj'ing for us. he is well up for it and gonna do all he can to make it a night to remember :)

put deposit down on rings. both of us having similar style.. (sparkle cut) h2b's ring is actually in the bride section and two colour gold with a spinning center but looks great on him so having it made in W  and mine is a white gold sparkle cut in 'K' - they didn't have our sizes on the internet so put in a special order which takes 6 weeks (could be as much as 8 but hopin not.. we still want to get them engraved!) sending my e-ring to be cleaned four weeks early..

i also had a first attempt at our button holes and they are pretty much exatly as i envisioned. :)

saving me a fortune too! :)

my mum will make up some indian sweets that i will be wrapping up as our favours.

just need to by the trees for outside church but want to time it right so they don't die before the wedding. debating between willow tree, bay tree and acer. the willow is a japanese willow i think and is quite small but the plan is to give to parents after the wedding for them to plant in their respective gardens. hmm..

It went well although was £200 more than origanally quoted, she going to check emails (bloody msn wouldn't work so I couldn't check while she was here!)
Most of her pictures are set around buildings and architecture and seen as though we're having a city centre venue I think she could be the one OH thinks we should go for it.

Well done for your daughter being very MSE :D

I had a think about mine and decided to have it on my birthday, that way I'm being very MSE too! :rotfl: So it's September 11th for me, 4 weeks before.
I am then going to organise something for my girls, because they want to come, perhaps a girly night :D
