i am meeting local vicar tonight to sort banns (they can now be read anytime from this weekend. yay!) and once i am sorted there, we will see our own vicar to finish up. Fingers crossed h2b is home in time and we get to make it. eek!

100 days.. is that IT???? double figure countdown tomorrrow.

Mum's outfit is sorted :j

Went to see the Rev. on Tuesday and she told us that the banns were being read the last 3 weekends in August.

We need to decide on 2-3 hymes.

I'm extactic that we don't need flowers because it's harvest weekend so big bonus because we are having Autumn colours too

ooh - we are arguing about hymns already. lol

finally saw our parish vicar today and banns being read on 4th, 11th, and 18th July. going to see my vicar on sunday s will sort out our ones for our church then. we were offered july or sept and our wedding is 2nd october so i felt sept is pushing it plus i am less likely to be able to make it.

my friend agreed to do our photos too. all she wants is travel and board paid plus food. what a bonus. and i love her wedding pics.

all in all, its a pretty good day.

chel, have you got any idea what hymns you might want? i am prob having morning has broken to start, then (we are arguing over this) i want God in the planning and purpose of life. then we are ending with my God is a great big God. (kids choice - i prefered it for the wedding to kum by yah which is dd2s fave! lol)

i really wanted to end with one more step as i feel its so lovely at the end and fll of meaning but a family member used it last year so i am changing it.

well being off sick and unable to go anywhere has meant i have not done much this week!

I have ordered my favour ribbons and the personalised ribbon for my invites.
Mil2b has started to write invites so we can decorate them!
Ordered a bouquet to toss today
won a tiara at a wedding show on saturday
ordered daughters tiara off ebay.

Going to make the bms headbands over weekend.

Tomorrow me and daughter are going to town when school finishes at 1pm (school holiday starts!!:( ) going to pay some more money to hotel and taker her shoe shopping to try some wedding shoes on, will still need to wait few weeks to buy her shoes as she is growing so fast.
also going to start picking up bits for the survival boxes

I read in a magazine only this week, to think about having your wedding at a celebration time in the year because the church is always decorated! So Easter, Christmas, Harvest Festival etc...

Aren't you lucky not having to pay out now! xx

Ahhh, so glad it's sorted and that you can stop fretting lol!!!


I'm going to get stuck into the invites this coming week I think ~ we go on holiday in just over a fortnight so I definitely want to get them out before we go! x
