After all my positivity yesterday I failed, had a spectatularly bad afternoon at work (no excuse I know) involving the police, social workers, a hysterical parent and a beautiful little girl that was taken away from her family and home last night for the 2nd time in a year because last time they didn't have substantial evidence

Was a bit numb when I left work, very upset last night and not looking forward to going in today.

So no change for me YM but hoping to notch up one more tonight, disappointed in myself but I may have made a PB with 22 so quite pleased with that :)

    xx

well done you!!! That's fantastic!! I totally feel the same and everyone saying I look "younger" - hurrah!!! (Let alone all the other benefits to do with our livers n stuff).
I too was AF yesterday so that's 28 for me please YM and I am looking forward to meeting and beating my target in October (and pay day tomorrow, thank goodness!).
I honestly dont think I could have done this (or so many AFDs) without the regular support of this group. It's a real lifeline.

Too much blethering I think.....not enough room for 'newbie' posts and them being seen to get help cos of all the regular threads but I think newbies post COS of the regular threads - someone who knows what they are doing will have thought it all out though so - I guess its oK but how on earth will anyone ever find us by accident?

Didn't like it (personally) when the diaries were moved here cos I stumbled accross loads on the main page..........

Just means I am closer to my diary *sigh*

Morning me love how you today?
