    Hello!

Oops haven't managed to get dressed today. Both I and DD have had nice nap and she is still snoozing. Don't know if she wants any food when she wakes up. It shall be 29 for me please YM. I am sooo excited for getting my jumpy tomorrow, is that sad :o

So spreadsheet busting and TV for me for the rest of the evening.

    Byeeee...

    Hi everyone,

I've not been AF for today and yesterday. No actual reason. Got a "f*ck it" attitude at the moment, sorry.

I think the beginnings started last friday when my OH (who is supposed to have given up smoking), went to have a ciggie with a friend who came round and she said to me, "I can have a fag if I want one" in a rather stern voice!

I've tried to fight the cravings but I've spectacularly lost for the last 2 days. My OH's attitude about smoking has strengthened my personal justification to drink (because we all like to justify drinking to ourselves, don't we?!).

I am now on pint 5 of Grolsch and I'm lovin' it, if I'm honest. I currently have the worst attitude I've ever had on this thread. :o

I will see how I feel tomorrow and try and summon up all my willpower to get back on track.

At the moment, all my wonderful AF success has gone to the dogs.....

No it hasn't all gone to the dogs! One lapse doesn't undo all your good work. You can get back on track tomorrow and you'll have learned something from today (and the thing to learn is not that Grolsch is good:mad:).
  • I might start joining in this thread.

After bills, rent, car etc. I think my main expenditure is alcohol and it annoys me that I just can't say no sometimes, (this isn't helped by the fact that I have to walk through a whole beers wines and spirits department to get out of work ). I never buy myself things, yet still seem to have no money. If I think about the amount of money I spent on wine/pub I could be kitting myself out with a whole new winter wardrobe!

So this evening is my 2nd AF day in a row and I'm gonna try and have more of them from now on. :)
  • Hi everyone
