Marru *we posted at the same time* but will scamper off to see what sticky you are talking a bout!!!) EDIT - ta for adding us to the monthly challenge thing for the AFDS - now I have read I understand

    Earlier I posted this.......

I posted on the 'why we've moved board' saying I am not sure (my opinion) its appropriate to have this thread on the diary sub board quite frankly I was reading it for a long time ont he main board before I ever got brave enough to post.

The magnificent AFD challenges only started earlier this year as a bit of motivation in January (?) and continued so far on into the year - which is great and clearly helping folks so I am really happy they started and happy that they continue.

However, this thread helps us all so much and I think it is really to reach out a hand to anyone (especially newbies) so should perhaps be on the main board or what do folks think?

Dont shoot me just my opinion I do think we need to be 'somewhere' else.......not in diary land - (which of course is ace and where my own lovely diary is :))

Shuts up and waves to all

Fay, your idea for oct is a great idea! Why not buy a flight to london!

    I second that! ;)

But oh dear, I did have a big multi-quote post to do but I seem to have lost it all :o

To those asking about skin care tips some days ago I say drink LOTS more water, cut down on the A, get a bit more fruit & get some muslin cloths for cleansing. I understand that these are sold in packs in the baby section of Boots (presumably other stores too). I've never looked as I get mine free with a certain cleanser but they're apparently dead cheap, I know they last ages & they're great for giving your skin every day exfoliation

3rd AF day in a row for me. This is a revelation... I usually have a drink EVERY night, on the rare occasion I don't it never lasts more than 24 hours. But now I've started I feel I'm on a roll. :)

Can I sign up for this for October please? Will just put myself down for 10 days to start with, see how I go.

Edit to add... each AFD will probably amount to a £5 saving as my OH won't be nicking my wine.
  • 25 out of 26 target for me overall - not too bad. Thanks YM.
