Thanks for this. I have subscribed to the thread and will have a better look when get chance. I am sitting here writing letters to creditors as BF has threatened to go home if I don't get on with it.

Honey Bear,

Update mine to 2AF days for January Please. Another step closer to my charm!!:j:j I am back on my diet. Cutting out all fat works for me and lots of walking. I dont eat cheese, butter, crisps, cakes, biscuits, chips pastry etc etc, justs lots of fish, chicken, brown rice, cous cous, salad and jacket potatoe's. Boring for some, but it works.

Oh and no wine, unfortunately can't think why, maybe its all those calories:rotfl:

Well I have managed to go without the vodka tonight, with a little help from a synthetic cream doughnut and a bucket of tea :rotfl:

I did have a bit (well a big) of a shall I, shan't I moment but I'm over it now. I just seem to be obsessing with money instead though
