Morning everyone

Up early with my streaming nose and sneezing. Left Piglet asleep in our bed - he had a disturbed night. He woke at 10.30 crying his eyes out and refused to go back to his own bed. Must have been a nasty dream I think (or the half pound of grapes he ate at his granny's:rolleyes:) so he came in our bed with me. OH decamped to the put-you up bed:rotfl:. Piglet went back to sleep ok but woke about 5 times in the night to shout at me to stop snoring! Cheeky beggar!!:rotfl:

Joined the DFW Weight loss thread last night. Feeling very gung-ho about getting on with losing weight and laying off the alcohol. Whilst in Asda yesterday OH asked me if I fancied a bottle of wine. I was very tempted to buy one......just so I could whack him over the head with it!!!:rotfl::mad: Sometimes, that MAN...............

SSA - hope you managed to get some sleep. Imsomnia is awful - you have my sympathies.

DC - Well done on the two days so far!!:T

I need to do better than my score of 5 last month because that was dreadful.:eek:

Today will be an AF day though so 1 out of 3. I have no booze from Christmas left!!!! Good thing too.:j

I just had toast and jam and I'm about to pluck my eyebrows and have a hot shower. Nothing like starting the day with a good plucking.:cool::D

I'm not having a monthly target. My overall target is just to beat last year's result.:p:D

Struggling still here in hillbilly land. Mrs BHB has now run completely out of wine stock so that should make things a little easier. I have two cans of Bud left, which I will have later on when we get back from a farm warming party! (like a house warming but the sheep and cows come too :rotfl:..... our friends have just taken on a local farm). I am driving so won't be having a drink.

I have a couple of shots of gin left in a bottle but am hoping i have the strength tomorrow after work to resist it and have the first day this year AF. Its gonna be tough but fingers and trotters crossed.

I see many of you had a great year last year and have come on in leaps and bounds.

Molly - I wished I was still ahead of you :o:o
