Honey Bear 1 AF for moi for yesterday. First one of 2010:D
Bad and good news from me. Just done my spending diary and I'm broke, so I can't afford to spend a bean on alcohol in January, so you can expect lots of AFDs from me, which is the good news.
I'll pop in later to read back. I can't believe it's back to work tomorrow:o
Anyhoo,
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Update mine to 2AF days for January Please. Another step closer to my charm!!:j:j I am back on my diet. Cutting out all fat works for me and lots of walking. I dont eat cheese, butter, crisps, cakes, biscuits, chips pastry etc etc, justs lots of fish, chicken, brown rice, cous cous, salad and jacket potatoe's. Boring for some, but it works.
Oh and no wine, unfortunatelycan't think why, maybe its all those calories:rotfl:
Hope everyone is okay this evening:D
IM,
I might give your diet a try. Do you eat bread ?

Afternoon all
Need someone to calm me down!!!! My friend has just e-mailed me to explain about her and my other (married) friend. Apparently they have been seeing each other for several months, his marriage has been dead for years:rolleyes: etc etc.
Was feeling more accepting about it and THEN remembered she got me to go halves on a christmas present for him. AND a birthday present!! Cheeky bloody pair! I AM SO FURIOUS!!!
I know, I know....I should let it go....just needed to vent....
Miss P
