What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all

I'm a poorly piggy today. No, NOT Gammon flu Lurky:D, just a cold but making me feel very lethargic (even more so than usual which is quite an achievement!:rotfl:)

Piglet being a very good boy for me - he seems to know when I need him to be. Off to nursery today and me and Mum are off to Mr T's to do some christmas food shopping. Bleugh.

Not very happy with our nursery at the moment - had Decembers invoice yesterday and its almost twice as much as normal. When I rang to query it they say the woman who WAS doing the invoicing is off sick and they've discovered lots of discrepancies. Apparently she's been undercharging us and we owe, on top of this invoice, about £300! Mum and Dad are NOT happy (they pay for nursery). Nursery most apologetic - I have a feeling they've done this to a lot of people and have lots of irate parents on the phone! The stress of it nearly drove me to the wine yesterday but luckily the pills I'm taking for my cold say do not take with alcohol so that stopped me in my tracks.

So thats 2 for me please Marru! (love the spreadsheet by the way!)

Will be AF tonight but am off our for a curry with work friends tomorrow so may have a glass or two of wine (no more than that as getting the pus home and don't want to fall over in the aisle:rotfl:)

    Miss P
    xx

    Good morning,

And so well done everyone!!! We are still on target and as more scores come in we might actually go over. I will update the online spreadsheet this afternoon.

DD is not well. So far it seems to be just normal cold. She is not well enough to go to school but not ill enough to stay in bed. I will try to get remote access to work later this morning so I won't lose too much time. Especially as today is the busiest day of the month.

Anyhooo another cup of tea is needed here...

Hi all, still on 1 for me please Marru, not having a great start to the day, both dd's have been off nursery all week with a chest infection (and are driving me mad as they are ill but not iykwim), am going to take them to their afternoon nursery today though as it is my first visit with the volunteering I do with age concern today (an elderly chap with memory problems) the weather is horrible horrible, I have also just blown up an egg in the microwave and it stinks, have closed the door on it for now as can't face the cleanup :p

So I am nervous about my visit, nervous about sending the girls into nursery as they are still coughing a fair bit PLUS I had some wine last night so am feeling groggy myself as I also have a cold ....aren't I feeling sorry for myself...

Anyway I am trying to cling to the fact that I will hopefully feel better later....Hope you are all having better days...

    Hugs

Just seen Budgies post ...big hugs hun, am thinking of you and hope that things look brighter soon...any chance of your lovely ds visiting that always cheers you up xxxx

Hello to the rest of you

Marru wow - love the spreadsheet!!

2 for me - touch and go last night but headed for a bath rather than to the shops

I am meeting up with lots of old chums over New Year so want to lose some weight before then - when I don't drink at all I seem to lose weight quicker - therefore that is also keeping me motivated.....................

Thanks the the goodluck wishes..........working hard - xx

PS 69chick - for half the month you've already been AF - give yourself a break!!!!! :)
