I didn't drink last night either so that is 2 AF for me, so really pleased at the good start.
I am finding that I am not sleeping very well, another night of feeling only half of me is asleep, does this get better, I'm feeling a bit tired today, but also good that I am doing this.
Thanks
H
Hi Habit.....Most people find that their sleep patterns are disrupted at the start. For myself I think it took about two weeks to settle down......but you will find the sleep becomes so much better eventually.
Good luck and well done.

She said something like "it may seem a lot but these bottles will last for ages" and I thought... crikey, not in my house they wouldnt! :-)Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...
