    Hi everyone

I didn't drink last night either so that is 2 AF for me, so really pleased at the good start.

I am finding that I am not sleeping very well, another night of feeling only half of me is asleep, does this get better, I'm feeling a bit tired today, but also good that I am doing this.

    Thanks
    H

Hi Habit.....Most people find that their sleep patterns are disrupted at the start. For myself I think it took about two weeks to settle down......but you will find the sleep becomes so much better eventually.

    Good luck and well done.

morning all. 1 for me please Marru and thank you for scoring this month. Did anyone watch the blessed Delia last night? I had to turn it off part way through as absolutely everything was laced with heaps and heaps of booze!! She said something like "it may seem a lot but these bottles will last for ages" and I thought... crikey, not in my house they wouldnt! :-)

Sorry I have not been around much lately but the puppy and the kids have been taking up too much of my time !! DS1 and I are both at home with the lergy hence the reason for me being able to get on here.

Marru, please can you put me down for 15 days in December.
