Pops in to say good luck to all in achieving their December target.:A
I am looking forward to my 7th Alcohol free Christmas, but can only do it a day at a time, tailor made for me that is.Sobriety delivers everything Alcohol promised.
Alcohol free since May 23rd 2003.0 -
Just popping in before bed. Not Af tonight - out for a meal so had a glass of wine with that but I was driving home so no more.
I am beginning to really like being AF or alcohol moderate. I haven't had a WOW revelation yet as I have been mainly ill these passed few weeks but I do like the feeling of knowing I'll feel fine (IYSWIM).
Marru, I'd just like to take it a day at a time - if I set a target it'll feel like too much pressure. So far saying I'm not drinking for just today is working very well for me - it's all psychological but it works.
Fay, I'm sad that you generally feel tired, angry and lonely, that's got to be tough - have a hug from a long way away (((())))Trying to keep in budget.
