    I'm off to have a hot bath and an early night probably. I'm feeling quite positive about November, we will see how long it lasts!:p

    No bells tonight, not hungry (have nibbled some oat cakes with hoummous (sp?) and don't even fancy piece of chocolate cake. Must be tired so off to bed. Can confirm day 2 please GG and first leg of 72 hours completed.
