    I have had a few cravings today. I am going to take kudzu and milk thistle soon to try and counteract (sp?) the cravings.:rolleyes:

    Sounds horrible so I hope it works!

    I've just been for a run so am feeling pleased with myself. I would also recommend everyone look out for the moon this eve - it's massive & really low in the sky - looks amazing :D

    They're asteriskisksiks for people who aren't quite doing 72hrs but it would be mean to kick them off the list :D
