Hi everybody :hello:
3 for me please Glasgow Girl, thanks!
I hope everybody is OK. I'm not part of the 72 hour challenge, but I don't have any problem with bells ringing during the week any more, it's just that blooming Saturday night that does it for me.
I'm planning spinning class already for Sunday morning, to try to keep away from temptation.
Mr PIR has already said he will no longer be joining me in the AF November pledge.
Bi for now
xx

2 for me please too Glasgow Girl.....
Am also snuggled up in bed no drink in the house and definitely not going out now....on a not so positive note, I have just finished the tub of ben and jerrys ice cream that I started last night, so not doing too well on the healthy eating/hoping to lose a few pounds front
PIR I know what you mean about Sat Nights, they really get me too...
:T to everyone a 2/3 of the way throught the challengeStarting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -
been meaning to post this for ages so here goes! Some of you may remember a month or so back I was asking about alternative drinks to replace wine? Well I worked out that I drink wine cos I like wine, not cos I want the alcohol (have a cupboard full of the stuff!) so as long as I can control my cutting back/intake, I don't need a replacement

That's possibly a bit long-winded
but in essence I'm doing fine with tea & water

Similarly I stuffed my face with pasta last night & have eaten copious amounts of chocolate!
However I figure there's only so much you can deny yourself at any one time so just enjoy it @ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
