  • Hi everybody :hello:

3 for me please Glasgow Girl, thanks!

I hope everybody is OK. I'm not part of the 72 hour challenge, but I don't have any problem with bells ringing during the week any more, it's just that blooming Saturday night that does it for me.

I'm planning spinning class already for Sunday morning, to try to keep away from temptation.

Mr PIR has already said he will no longer be joining me in the AF November pledge.

    Bi for now

    xx

been meaning to post this for ages so here goes! Some of you may remember a month or so back I was asking about alternative drinks to replace wine? Well I worked out that I drink wine cos I like wine, not cos I want the alcohol (have a cupboard full of the stuff!) so as long as I can control my cutting back/intake, I don't need a replacement :)

    That's possibly a bit long-winded :o but in essence I'm doing fine with tea & water :D

Similarly I stuffed my face with pasta last night & have eaten copious amounts of chocolate!

However I figure there's only so much you can deny yourself at any one time so just enjoy it
