What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Its funny, I think that I drink wine early evening to take the edge off the day etc and then once I have the first drink I won't usually stop till the bottle is gone, however, when there is no wine in the house, I would never drink the cider or spirits that are around just for the alcohol content (although I might have a beer if there happens to be any in) I really think with me I need to look at my life and how I react to things and make a few changes......

There are quite a few drinks I wouldn't touch even for their alcoholic content - bitters and Guiness mostly - ugh!

Nearly had a little wobble tonight....strange as its been a couple of months. I was in Iceland & found myself on the `wine` aisle....3 for £10 was calling my attention.:eek:

I resisted as I am determined not to waste all the hard work in trying to change my habits. Thankfully I made it to the checkout....bill only £2.75 phew!!

Have a great Wednesday & be strong everyone.

:T well done on resisting :T Hope you got to sleep eventually!
