Well....insomnia strikes again....sat in bed with laptop....yes I lead a thrilling life - not!!!
Should I watch a film or venture over to the moneysavings arms for a laugh?
Or maybe shall go find a counting sheep smillie to watch.
Anyone any tips on how to sleep? (other than alcohol obviously) tried horlicks & aromatherapy to no avail:o

Thanks Fay...I tried reading....I think the worry of all the life sh*t thats going on is`nt helping much...but can`t really change stuff thats out of my hands.
The packing is slow....getting there & remembering to keep all my woolly jumpers & fleeces handy...LOL shall be needing them I think...brrrr:D:D

Its funny, I think that I drink wine early evening to take the edge off the day etc and then once I have the first drink I won't usually stop till the bottle is gone, however, when there is no wine in the house, I would never drink the cider or spirits that are around just for the alcohol content (although I might have a beer if there happens to be any in) I really think with me I need to look at my life and how I react to things and make a few changes......
There are quite a few drinks I wouldn't touch even for their alcoholic content - bitters and Guiness mostly - ugh!What do we do when we fall?
