Oh Mari, that's just ruined my list! :rotfl:

Only kidding, better to admit it on here & chalk it up to experience. I'll leave you on the list with 48hrs next to your name, if that's ok? :)

Yes please, thanks for being so understanding!!

Jo thanks for the hug really needed it!!

Had long chat with oh after posting last night, he was blunt with me as usual but completley right, its all or nothing with me. So Im going to try for nothing and he's going to do it with me :D Say's he's fed up with everything that comes with me drinking so will do whatever it takes to help me stop. He also pointed out in his oh so sensitive way that is probably the reason that even though I eat healthily and run regularly that I have managed to put on over 2 stone in wieght this year

Anyway sorry for the long post and thanks for the support I know Im gonna need lots of it!!

Hope everyone is ok this morning,

    Mari xx

    Morning all

    2/2 for me please, GG.

Won't complete the 72hr challenge I'm afraid HB, as have an engagement on Weds evening, but I'll (hopefully) have done Sun-Tues as my own personal 72hr challenge, and will be back on board for Thursday. :) :A

    Hi Mari,

I can relate to this. I have been keeping a spending diary and I can now see very clearly the link between my weight, money and alcohol. As my drinking goes up, my weight goes up and my bank balance goes down.

I lost weight this year when my drinking was very very low - 8 to 16 units per month. By not drinking I saved money and lost Llbs. I think I need to stick to this very low limit over the next 6 months to lose weight and clear my debts, which is going to be very tough 'cos there is Christmas:o

Sometimes I don't really understand why my drinking starts creeping up again. I supoose it's just a very bad habit:cool:

    Good Luck

    Hi
Hope everyone is well, just checking in to report day 2/30 and day 47/100

    That is brilliant!:T
This feels most unfair. AF last night and still awake in the middle of the night. Guess I need more nights under my belt and then I'll sleep through..

Me too. My eyes have a lot of luggage under them this morning.

I'm going for a second day AF today. I feel very enthusiastic about being AF now but it's only 9.30.

Yay, you remembered me! :TI was feeling quite disappointed and left out until then and was trying to work out how to tell you that I wasn't on the list without making you feel as guilty as I would have done, if that makes sense.

Did I leave you off before? I'm so sorry :o

You are on all 3 of my paper lists, promise! :D

Feeling better today now I have 1 af day under my belt which will hopefully help me to complete the 72hr challenge this week...

Horrible day though here today, really miserable which is bringing me down a bit...need to plan an af treat I think for this weekend..the last 2 weekends have involved visiting family and lots of booze and the weekend after this we are off to another family gathering (christening) so this weekend is chillout time...

    Hope everyone is well x
