Talking of smells, im in the laundrette and there is 2 blokes in here drinking cans of beer and the whole place stinks like a brewery! Its disgusting...

Hi all; count me in for November. Not giving a total at the moment though, depends whether we go out tonight. Have generally been doing ok during the week but still over doing and over enjoying at weekends! Am hoping for quite a high total as I've joined ww and the gym :jand also need to save for christmas. I managed 8 whole days last week but then PMT came abounding but hopefully am back to normal now. :rolleyes:

Evening all,

Can't believe it's November already, fastest year ever!

I had a slip-up last night and drank about 1.5 bottles of wine - was with friends and once I started I just couldn't stop. I'm feeling disappointed in myself but onwards and upwards - knew this journey to an AF life wasn't going to be easy and there would be blips along the way.

This just proves that I can't drink sensibly and need to focus on not picking up that first glass. Trying to learn from it, not beat myself up, but just do everything I can to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Popping in late, but I managed 22 AFD last month- aimed for 25 so not a total disaster, but 'could do better' I guess.

I shall aim for 25 again in Nov, feel it's better to aim high and miss than to lower the target!

Been to the garden centre today,full of Christmas stuff.:eek:

When I was drinking I never noticed the smell of Alcohol,I must have reeked! especially the days when I was in Mr Ts with an amazing hangover debating what to buy just to make me feel a bit better , I would invariably buy loads and drink it! I can smell it from way off nowadays!

Amazing how many people drink vodka and think they dont smell of it.

Watching x factor now,will the twins be going? I doubt it.:rotfl::rotfl:
