Thanks GG, I will actually hit a target next month for the first time since the challenges started in jan!
Woo hoo! Bring it on! I usually feel all SAD-ish in Nov with the change to the dark mornings and dark nights, but think the drinking/hangovering contributed big style to that, so looking forward to it this year.

Hi all, VERY quiet on here tonight/today. Hope not everyone is squashed up on the naughty step.
I've struggled to be AF tonight. I knew everyone else (well it felt like that) was having a nice glass of wine and I kept fancying one all evening but I managed it.
Hope all OK in Norn Iron fay. 14AF please (and £46.66)

'night all.
Well done on staying AF. Afraid I was squashed up on the naughty step. Regretting it since 4am when I woke up feeling rubbish. I also drunkenly persuaded oh to buy me a crunchie or an aero and he came back with a multipack of each so I scoffed 2 crunchies and an aero. And I'd had the bottle of wine to myself and four pieces of toast before he got back, as well as my 'healthy' dinner.
What's done is done. New day today. Back to bed for me for an hour before the dreaded alarm.0 -
Morning:hello:
An AFD for me yesterday :A.
Hope those on the naughty step manage to climb back on the wagon todayand
Good Luck
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
