    Morning all

SM, I can understand your fears about your traditional family parties, I hope you can remain strong, if you look at it rationally from an outsiders point of view, the toasting is only 30 seconds of your life, why spoil it for such a small amount of time? Good luck though, get yourself fully prepared before you go for what you're gonna do, otherwise complacency will hit.

Motivation has hit (slightly) and I am cleaning and decorating again today :D

Hi everyone, well, I've done really badly this month so
GG for next month I don't want to set a target as such.
Can I just report in any AFDs and see what I end up with?
Hope this makes sense! Have a good day everyone....

    Absolutely :T:T:T:T

Just popped on to say thank you so much to the kind kind soul that sent me a copy of Living Sober today, I will not name so as not to cause embarrassment. Almost finished my Marian Keyes so will hopefully start it tomorrow :D :A

So much for cleaning and decorating, spent half the morning up at the doctors then the pharmacist. DD2's got a chest infection and DS has got threadworm _pale_ if he didn't catch it off of someone at school then it must've been off the copious amounts of grapes he eats, hope it wasn't my fault for not washing them properly :(

Anyway, doc gave us medicine for all 5 of us to take to be on the safe side and it tastes gross, absolutely gross, drinking coffee but it's still coating my tongue _pale_

But, on the motivation front, whilst in pharmacy I popped into B&Q's next door and bought a paint tray and a couple of rollers, found some paint the other day whilst clearing cupboards (unopened, can't even remember when I bought it ) so as DD1 is at work this afternoon I will be painting her room in '60 minute' stylee, hopefully getting it all done before she returns at 5pm.

Whats the time.........  better get a shufty!!!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
