  • Glad to read and hear some lovely thing happenning with that money that USE to be spent on alcohol - that's why I suggested it!!

Waves to Jo and Winebox - am half happy half fuming

EX hubby dropped the kids at the airport and they normally fly accompanied (with a stewardess) - this time they flew alone - they were worried but he told them I knew all about it and it was fine

Complete lie - they were fine BUT - its not what is agreed by those expensive lawyer chaps - he's texted to suggest they fly alone in future - all the way from here to france - what an idiot.

Aside that two chickens in the oven (sorry jo!) and lots of mess everywhere - :)

115K I think that's lovely to buy yourself chocs & flowers - I should take a leaf out of your book; I regard anything like that as "extravagant" & "indulgent" then I skip (well, drive) off to the shop & buy 2 bottles of wine..... I guess I'll learn one day (?). Will try & buy other things as replacement therapy maybe, to get rid of that "hard-done-by" feeling.

It is nice to have something as a reward for not drinking.:T You should try it Winebox.

AM really chuffed you did that :) that's howI motivated myself last year - I've been giving myself a bit of a hard time too for varioius reasons so thanks for reminding me that last year (in Oct) I'd only just started to try and cut down. And it really is small steps.......

Yes, I used to do it earlier in the year and I forgot so I think it was your money saving month that reminded me!:A
