Hello,
No bells today, perhaps because I still have a head ache but also I went to this lecture and the subject was lucid living. :rotfl:It was great and I did buy the book written by the lecturer and can't wait to start readig it. On the down side I haven't even started with my to do list for today so it will be long night for me after xfactor to play catch up on that. I have some chips and sausages in the oven and will have it as my supper with my newest tipple: ginger ale. Nom nom!!!"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Evening all!
YM , still on 14 please. Not going to make target this month I fear:o
Marru - been meaning to say for ages - love the saying in your signature. That is so true. Whenever I go to my Mums her dog treats me like I'm the best thing since sliced bread. Its lovely and yes, thats the person I want to be!!
Been very busy this weekend. Had a lovely time today. Took kids to Bracknell swimming. Had fab time followed by picnic in country park (with lots of home-made goodies, cakes, twinks hobnobs, quiche etc!) Piglet has been great (got to the top of his "stay in bed" chart so now has a battery operated rabbit from toy shop....its driving me MAD!!!).
Not AF tonight but pacing myself. Me and OH are having a nice dinner once Piglet gone down.
**waves** to all!
Miss P

Hi everybody
Another for me, please, YM, when you next do the scores again, so I'm up to 16 now.
I hope everybody had a good weekend. Weather has been gorgeous here in the NW. DD2 completely better now - hurrayyyyy!!! Hopefully, things will be easier this week in the PIR household. Just got to get the washing machine repaired (grrrrr) - I use it at least once a day though. Mr PIR went to the laundrette today.
Have a good week xxTotal AFD's May-December 2009: 178 ie 73% of total days (245 days)

pah! Miss my wine...i know part of it is the love of the alcohol etc but I also really like the taste
What does anyone else drink, especially in place of wine? Feel like I've got tea coming out my ears cos I've drunk so much of it @ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? :hello:evening all..
Not AF for me, but at least its still the weekend...! Will be joining you tomorrow, no AA meeting, just Guides for me... well for DD anyway...! (good luck you AA people's...) :T
HB, I started this change by purchasing alternative drinks, but then found that actually I didn't need an alternative drink, after all if I wasn't drinking it wouldn't be normal for me to constantly have a drink in my hand, so now I try and reduce the amount of tea/coffee I would drink during the day and save it for later in the day so I actually look forward to a cup of tea, then a coffee or latte after my meal then water if thirsty.. seems to work for me on my AF days...!
Hope you have all had a good weekend.. I'm still waiting to have time to do something I want... guess I'll have to wait another week for that now....
Much love and hugs to all. xxx

Thanks T2GU
I think part of my problem is that do pretty much always have a drink - be it water, tea, wine etc
Hope you get some 'me time' soon
