    Hello,

    And well done everyone!!!

Surprisingly no bells tonight. So that is 72h challenge achieved. Also I am going to be on holiday from tomorrow until the end of the month and all those days will be AF (I will be with BF love.gif) Total for the month is then 29 of 31 as I fell off the wagon twice.

Fay - thank you for great scoring
GG - thank you for scoring for November - I will aim for 30

Ive been AF for 9 days now, my mood has definitely improved, not sure if my appearance has, hold on let me look.......

Not much change, maybe less puffiness, I dont feel shaky anymore and my excema is improving...but why dont I have any extra motivation yet? Maybe I am actually lazy!!

    Don't think so hun!!

    Hi 115K - good luck.

Thanks to anyone / everyone who's counted down the hours.....i think I'm safe now, cos having just read there's 5 hours to go I'm thinking, I've done 67/72 (& reckon I've been awake for 58 of them) don't give in NOW! Plus I've just had huge dinner, tho' there was a dodgy few moments when I called up to DD that I was dishing up then noticed 2 raw chicken bosoms wrapped in bacon sat on the counter that I thought had been in the oven for 20 mins......

So, 3 days in a row *astonished* tho' only 4 in total this month :o

Won't be af tomorrow, not because of above but it's skittles, & that's "fun" drinking 'cos i never have a lot (esp if I'm driving :rotfl:) & it's a good laugh in good company. In deference to those who are af i'll try not to have the customary couple of glasses of wine when I get home!

If not back later will be tomorrow - good luck everyone for this evening!

Snap, just like me! The 72hrs have flown by! Just the usual thought popped in at 5pm as usual. Felt v.tempted and drank a large glass of orange squash and it disappeared meaning that.......
    have a Thursday TippleFree Day..!!!!!!

.....count me in for a TippleFree Thursday as I could feel the temptation crawling back in without this on standby!

Day 12 for me and another 8 to go to hit the target for this month.

Had a huge tea of pie, chips and peas and now scoffing a billy bargain box of quality street! Need to stop as feeling a bit sick now!

I'm reading everyone's posts but have zero energy for any meaningful responses, sorry :o

Still AF & clutching a lovely mug of tea to keep warm :D

I might have a social thing tomorrow - no AF if I go but if it doesn't happen I will be AF, promise ;)
