    Bigs thanks for all your kind thoughts on here. Feel a bit more positive today but only because I have had no A and no contact with ex since Sun evening. 3 AFD consecutively have made a difference :p

    Yeah I know what flyby is - just don't gett the concept of ironing :confused:.............:rotfl:............and 3 days AF means all those nasty toxins are gone from your body.:D
