What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I know!! I'd allowed myself some slack as I had a week's holiday this month and thought that therefore that might "automatically" include alcohol (WHY DO WE THINK LIKE THIS?!) but I had a drink on one day when we were out for dinner, and that was all (and didnt really enjoy it to be honest).

    Hello all
I haven't been posting but I have been lurking and keeping myself up to date although it's hard the rate this thread moves.
I didn't officially put myself down for the 72 hour challenge (didn't think I could do it to be honest) but I've done it :j AF Monday Tuesday and Wednesday! So fay that's 3 more for me please.
Must do some work now though I'd far rather read the posts I've missed.
