    Evening,

I am actually thinking of going to bed at 8pm and getting up at 4am. I would have two hours then in the morning to catch up with things that need doing, something that I am too tired to do in the evenings. Will think about that and might do a trial run.

Marru, Please ,please my darling don't do this. I have done this and it does really wear you down. You really need to get as much sleep as you can for you and little one. Also if you suffer from depression tiredness can only add to it. I know that it sounds like a good plan but if you don't get up at 4am you beat yourself up over it and its a downward spiral from thereon. Be kind to yourself ... you deserve it.

    Love

  • Brilliant post Eselt, that sums up my feelings exactly. Being a shy, under-confident sort I always thought I needed a good drink in me to be decent company - turn me into that super confident, fun person. Actually I was a complete danger to myself and a nuisance to others when I was drinking!

Now that I've changed my ways (still a work in progress mind you) I'm realising that, actually, the real me is ok - and a hell of a lot of a better, nicer person than drunk me.

    One day at a time.

    xx

Good to have you back GG . How are you doing ? You have been a bit quiet of late ?

  • Hello,

Sorry I sounded a bit down last night, feeling much better today, and very positive. Started my christmas shopping with my AF savings today, so that is keeping me motivated.

So Miss Fay, 8 AFD for Oct, and day 23/100, hugs to all those AF this evening and even more for those who are not.

Thanks for your words of encouragement Fay, and thanks for those Gold shinys. Could someone tell me about these Hot Choc Chunks, they sound good:confused:

    Good Nite all.:j

Hi GG good to see you, only today I was wondering where you'd got to andgood evening to everyone else still up.

Had a bit of a wobble tonight. I had to go into Waitrose on the way hme for some nice flowers and looking at people's baskets I really felt like treating myself. I fancied something delicious and quick to cook and some of one of my favourite quaffing wines tat they do there. I resisted and have simply made do with 2(!) mugs of chocolate (Options not the chunk stuff) and a piece of cake.

So 5AF please fay (and £10.66)

I'm off to bed early tonight, very tired and a busy day tomorrow.

    'night all :A
