I think although I do have a drinking problem I can help myself by providing a distraction in the evenings. Sitting in front of the TV or internet makes me want to reach for some food and alcohol constantly. I just need to divert my attention.

Sorry for posting and running yesterday but I rarely get any time alone without people nosing over my shoulder trying to get a look at what im doing :rolleyes:
Anyway I did the test and got 17. So still dont know where that leaves me!
Agree with the comment somebody made ( sorry cant remeber who
) that if it hadnt been covered so much about recommended units I also would have happily carried on as I was!
