    That is progress Fay. :T
You may like to print out the questions and do it again in say three months time.

Mine was 33, but I was admitted to hospital as an emergency patient with a 50% chance of survival.

That's  Puts it all in perspective though X

Hi all, just a quick pop-in...I know it may seem early in the day to a lot of you to declare an afd but I survived the greatest challenge of any working day - I didn't buy a bottle (OK, 2 :o) on my way home. Every night I go to bed full of resolve for the next day, then at some point during the morning (sometimes before I'm actually out of bed....) I start to justify why the next day would be a better day to start (start? start what, pillock?) & into the shop I slide. Today I came home & had a mug of tea which took far longer to drink than that first glass of wine! Felt very tired without my pick-me-up but seem to have come through that now. There's a half-bottle of red from last night but I'm not interested, for some reason. If I was even vaguely tempted I chuck it but having it there means OH can have it tomorrow he always pops round on a Friday & I won't have to open a new bottle for him & then have lots over. Method in my madness.

The recycling is collected tomorrow; I've put the box out already (sometimes they come v early). How many times have I tried to sneak in Thursday night's bottles at 7a.m. on friday without the telltale "chink chink" of glass, wondering if the neighbours are watching..... At least I'll be saved that ignominy (is that a word? or did I just make it up?)

So that's £8 saved in a single day - god, the price of wine these days, eh?

I'll have to catch up later - no my thanks button isn't broken but I read thro not logged in & don't have time right now to go back.

Hope everyone who wants to be af today is, so far at least, will be back later x

Och Winebox, we're all in the same boat, so please don't feel so bad about it (((hugs))). Plus we all want to make the same changes and that's why we are here XX :D

My score was 14. Scary enough! I think what saves me is that I don't drink and get really drunk. Apart from Saturday night of course :o But that's a once in 4 years event!!!!!!! :rotfl:

    Much love X
    Need to start again :o
