Not a recipe I am afraid, but I read that the great thing about kiwi fruit is it takes a very long time for them to lose their vitamins (they retain most of their vit c) so even if they have gon very soft, I eat them now as opose to throwing them away...just thought I would mention that...Jun GC £250.00/£12.40 NSD 3 / 30

Haven't done it myself but I saw a contestant on Come Dine With Me using kiwi as a marinade for meat - not for a kiwi glaze/sauce but just as an agent to tenderise the meat as Nigel Slater always tells us. Might be worth a bit of googling.0

Ive started a health kick (Not a diet), and bought loads of fruit, however other than just eating the Kiwi's I dont know what else to do with them. I have 8 of them left.. please can anyone help.

They're nice sliced on top of pavlova along with strawberries and other fruits.0

I have 6 kiwi fruits I got on yellow sticker, they are ripe NOW but I don't think I'll get through 6 in the next 2 days, OH isn't keen on them plain but will probs eat them in something.
Any ideas?
