    Any help - I have 1kg ripe kiwi fruit and thought I might make jam - does anyone have a recipe and can I use them if they are already ripe?

    I have a punnet of whoopsied kiwi fruits to use up. Anyone have any ideas for something different?

    I'm afraid I don't have any ideas but, as I've got a load of kiwi fruit at the moment, too, I just wanted to subsribe to this thread in the hope that someone comes up with a brilliant use for them.

    Donno if it would work but i have done it with pineapple before and it makes a really nice cake.... will look out the recipe a wee bit later

    CCP-the more the merrier! Have gotten really bad at buying things because they are reduced and then running out of ideas!

    Think I shall attempt a smoothie or some kind of kiwi puree for on top of ice cream or something?

    Now to start on the freezer full of chicken...lol
