Mobiles.co.uk... money taken from my account without my permission

I would be tempted to phone them one more time and inform them if you do not get your money straight away today, you will go to police (for real). Soon change their tune. After all if money was taken without permission, its affectively been stolen.

Calling this company again and waiting 45 mins to speak to someone really isnt something I'm prepared to do! Although sending an email and waiting a couple of days for a reply isn't tempting either.

It's been over 2 weeks since this money was taken from my account for no reason...... sort it out mobiles.co.uk!!!!!!!!

CPW will just respond and advise to contact Mobiles.co.uk. They can't deal with their customer service queries.

My goodness, I was about to take out a contract with Mobiles.co.uk when this thread (and several others) caught my eye. I don't think I'll be spending my money with this company. I hope that you all manage to get your problems solved post haste.

It's not so much the mistake they made with me, and all the others on here because mistakes do happen, it's the shocking way they handle it! They make it impossible for you to get hold of someone by phone, they don't reply to your emails or make any haste in sorting out your problem (that they have caused!). I certainly wouldn't recommend mobiles.co.uk.

Still waiting to hear if they've actually refunded my money....

They are VERY quick in deducting money but not so quick to pay it back - are they linked to the government?

2. Contact trading standards
3. Issue a court summons
