My internet keeps disconnecting then reconnecting about 5 times an hour. It's really annoying because I am trying to play a game and I keep logging off?
I am on wireless right now but it also happened when I was wired directly to the router so it is not the signal
Any help?

Check your stats

Post the results here.
Check that everything plugged into a phone socket is filtered (phones, sky box, alarm, ringer, etc.)
Instability is normally caused by noise pickup by dodgy extension wiring. How is your router wired up?
This is good info on removing the ringwire which is a major cause of problems...

How is the router connected to the phone wiring? In the master socket? On an extension and if so what type - hard wired or plugin?0 -

Well your phone line is about as good as you could wish for.
The up times are strange and certainly indicate that your connection dropped half an hour ago.
Have you read up the info on filtering which I posted the link to?0
