i thought of doing the same thing- but even now i wouldn't want people to know all of the details, and i'm still ashamed of everything that happened- does that make sense?

i still look over my shoulder every time i go out of the house, and i crap myself every time a withheld number calls my mobile. the other day a number i didnt recognize called me, when i answered a man shouted 'what are you doing' and i almost passed out cos i thought it was him- it turned out to be my friend who had changed his number, but it totally terrified me for a moment.

i have recently started seeing someone, completely different from my ex, but i am still very very wary of everyone and everything.

the ex is with another woman, she's pregnant, i sent her a message on facebook warning her and she sent me one back saying that he told her i would do this, that i was jealous etc etc, what else can i do
