The 12 week Debt-Life *Achieve something* Plan - WEEK 7
Comments
-
Progress to date:
1. Pay £1200 off debt - paid off £800 so far just waiting for payday next week to pay off the other £400.
2. Lose 7lbs - lost 3lbs to date, need to put in some real effort now!!
3. Buy all Christmas presents - just got to get a couple of little stocking fillers and a bit of something for OH then I'm done!
4. Pay/save for all March holiday associated costs - this was going really well, just had spending money to save when I threw a fly in the ointment by booking next August's holiday!! I've paid the £200 deposit for the villa and now have £817.91 to pay for flights by 8 December. So will now be saving March spending money during January and February.
5. Ebay some bits and bobs I've got - not done this yet but plan to do it this Sunday.
Hope everyone else is making good progress!! Nearly there!!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

I'm also shocked like tirlittan about the 81 pairs of shoes! I thought I was bad!
Yes, I got a few comments on the flylady thread as well!!! Have sold some since but they are all neatly stored in under-the-bed boxes (getting very flylady here!). Think I have a bit of a hoarding problem :rotfl:..... haven't dared admit how many cupboards/wardrobes of clothes there are......

I'm feeling a bit deficient in the shoe department!
I've got 1 pair each of Black work shoes, Black trainers, Black strappy evening sandals and black Birkenstocks plus some brown Birks and pink Birks and that's it! I could do with another pair of work shoes though.
Not doing too bad with my plan so far:
* Have done two of my three power walks this week
* Have eBayed and MSE-ed everyday so far
* I'm halfway through my Generation Kill library book
* Had an early night last night
* I'm up to date with laundry (Even though it's not on the list it's the thing that gets out of control) 4 loads to do today and the last one is going round and round as we speak.
On the minus sideI had two chocolate fingers yesterday and didn't even realise that I should have said "no Thank you" until about 3 hours later - so the no chocolate rule is not exactly ingrained into my consciousness yet!:D
I hope everyone else is doing well,
