  • Blimey Toto - good luck! Maybe leave a trail of breadcrumbs in case you get lost? ;)

Not been feeling 100% this week so not doing too great on the exercise front, but I did go for a little run this morning, seriously little - just a mile! Better than nothing though and really helped to wake me up and cheer me up.

Productive thing for today will hopefully be finishing another Innocent Smoothie hat, brought my knitting things in to work for lunchtime.

Expect to see photographic evidence that the job is completed..or in progress later ;)

Sammy I totally get the stress, depressed, bored eating so really have got to overcome that too. Have you been running this week? Will help with the stress, stop you eating because you will be out and help the loose weight. You know all of that already though!

Well Ive woken this morning feeling Miss Positive and have decided to bite the bullet and use my savings to pay a chunk off the debt. Its been lovely having a safety net but actually its got to the stage where its keeping me back as I don't seem desperate to add to it. If I have nothing again I will be careful to build the savings back up! I won't of course need the money for christmas as I will have ebay money for that ;)

    So here we go!
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...

I have discovered a handy tip with my slow cooker - it helps if you turn it on! Came home to cold uncooked instead of hot bubbly bolognese. Ah well. We try again. Have worked out that the plan to spend at least one half or one whole day with my partner will not happen for two weeks as our work patterns clash until then. Hmmm may have to concentrate on the christmas shopping plan then.....

          2. Am glad to see I'm not the only one trying to stick to a budget, lose weight and get motivated !! A lot of the time I feel very isolated so if I could ask for some encouragement that would be great .........

I would like to in the next 12 weeks
            1) Lose 11lb in weight, have already lost 11lb in weight :beer:no clubs involved!
(will tell u how 2 do it, cut back on your saturates....PER 100 grams of what ever you eat dont go over 5 grams of saturates per 100grams, this works if u stick to it!)

2)Stick to my budget and do not buy anything for myself which isnt a need!

            3) Start writing again even if its one page per week
            4) Take my son swimming at least once in the next 12 weeks, (I suffer from depression so this is a hard one for me, as I know dad will do it if i dont)

Just stopping for a tea break. Project garage is in action. I've got tons of stuff to ebay too so that will be this evening's job.

Go Sally, I have really fought using my savings to pay off the debt. All of mine is recent and it's all on 0% but I don't want it there. Some of the 0% runs out in december which is why I am trying to clear it before then by actually motivating myself to sell stuff so that means I can still keep the standing orders into the savings account going.

Well done to everyone else, you are all doing a fab job :)

And Alliboy welcome aboard, now, go tidy up a bit and while you are at it you can take a bag with you to shove things in to ebay.
