For anyone wanting to do it...this is a write up about the liverpool course...
Runners can now look forward to an improved course and probably fast times with the majority of the course being flat. The one exception is the Upper Parliament Street section just after one mile as runners head toward Sefton Park. However, once at the top it is downhill or flat more or less all the way.
Pass!

Wow, you've all been busy!
Bookie, try freecycle for wood for the fire, on mine there's always loads coming up, especially at this time of year when people cut back their trees after summer.
I think writing to Borders is a great idea, I've always found that the staff there actually know about books and are enthusiastic about them, so you're a perfect candidate. I'd say about your experience of running a bookshop, and your love of books and things. If you've got a special interest (kids books/romance/thrillers) it might be worth mentioning that too.
I'd love to work in a bookshop, if I could work. My dream's to open a Borders for poor people - second hand books and a coffee machine to make nice coffee that's cheaper than Starbucks. A couple of sofa's and it'd be perfect.... Really need to start buying those lottery tickets!
Don't suppose there's any chance I'd be welcome with you in October, I could come down to Bunny's for the day. If not that's fine!
Becky, sorry you had a bad run yesterday.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
