    Not true at all hun, one slooooow, plodding 12k run doesn't suddenly mean I'm a good runner, it just means I had a day where I was feeling a bit bloody minded. :rotfl: You are a natural runner - I never will be.

    I'm a bit rusty at the moment - think this is going to be very good motivation to get me out there as it's getting colder though.

    I don't feel like a natural runner......see thats what !!!!es me off...I could probably be so much better if it wasn't for my laziness....

    On longer runs I dont even notice the cold - in fact I prefer training over winter :D

    It's OK once you get going, it's that first getting out of the door bit.. brr! I'm going to have to find a good hat for training this winter, cold ears are not good!!
