Good Morning - anybody up yet? Thought I'd be brave.
Today is signing on day (9-9.55) so I have to be up and organised. Amost like being at work!
Today I WILL chain myself to the computer and search every posible website for a job - suggestions welcome.
I WILL get through to the bank manager.
I WILL get JSA to shift their backsides and sort my claim - letter to MP may well be written.
I WILL try to cancel electric and gas payments for a few months as I am £300 in credit.
(probably to be continued)
Hope you are all chatty today as I will need encouragement.

Morning Bookie and all who follow.
Rather than set a target of "all day" job hunting Bookie, why not do it in 20 minute bursts.....will seem a lot less daunting.
Just read back on last nights thread about Sal's old lady. There's an incredibly old lady that wanders up and down the lanes near my friends house, my friend popped out to speak to her, asked her if she'd like a hot drink...she said she'd love a cup of coffee as she hadn't had one in over 5 years, friend duely took out a lovely cup of coffee and the cup was returned to the doorstep. The next week when she saw she was outside she made her another cup and took it out. The old woman said "I don't mean to be rude but can I have tea next time, your coffee is vile" :T It turns out she's Italian and her father owned a coffee house so she knows what she likes. She decided to give up the trappings of a house and the responsibilities of life when her husband died, they'd had no kids and she just wanted to be alone with her thoughts. Totally her choice to live that way......
In other news, well there is none....still no washing machine plumbed in (as there's no floor to put it on)....oh joy."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
Hi Pooky.
